Vinay Shenoy

Vinay started his career as a software engineer with Infosys and went on to take up a role in SAP to lead enterprise-wide roll-outs for the Large Enterprise Product Portfolio development methodology. He went on to join Google as Global Experience Manager and further went on to be the Head of Customer Sucess Acceleration for the UK & Ireland. Vinay is currently the Global Head of Strategy & Operations, Partner Development at YouTube, where he mentors and leads – tenured, high-performing global teams in developing and delivering programs that attract, grow and retain YT superstars. Vinay is an Electronics and Communications Engineering Graduate from the Manipal Institute of Technology, and also a Post-Graduate from the Indian School of Business.
