Lean Entrepreneurship

3 Weeks Live sessions | 4th Weekend Campus Immersion

This course uses Lean Entrepreneurship principles and provides a sandbox environment – Product Labs – that takes experiential learning to the next level where the cohort applies what they learn in the class. At Product Labs each student is required to work on new ideas, build a team to transform it into reality, develop a viable business model, perform customer discovery, create MVPs,  builds real business plans, real prototypes, real financial models. These assets demonstrate skills not just the degree to a prospective employer. This “Learning by Doing” approach also fosters the intrapreneurial / entrepreneurial mindset of starting and growing a product business. Leading industry practitioners on behalf of IPL serve as student coaches to guide & mentor them in every aspect of value management cycle.
