It takes a forum like Product Leaders Forum (PLF) to turn that dream into reality. The participants for the day couldn’t have asked for a better beginning as Mr. Sharad Sharma, Co-Founder of iSpirt, delivered an invigorating talk.

The consuming talk by Mr. Sharma was followed by a CXO panel discussion on “Adapting to the new world order”.

The panel comprised successful thought leaders from the industry. Amit Dayal, SVP, Engineering & Products at Samsung, Bala Girisaballa, CEO at Microsoft Accelerator, Rishi Srivastava, Founder CEO of AARK TechAccess and Hari Vasudev, VP at Walmart Labs took time out of their busy corporate schedules to be part of the panel and enlighten the audience with their experience in the industry.

PLF was not just about sitting through talks and conferences. The panel discussion was followed by a session of high tea and networking. The audience seemed enthusiastic about spreading their networking web with the who’s who of the industry.

What followed was time for some more amazing workshops from inspiring entrepreneurs and leaders. Tannish Mathur, AVP, HSBC and Lakshmi Narayanan, Co-chair, IBREA spoke on “Blockchain Lightning talks”, and Aditya Sanghi, CEO and Co-founder, Hotelogix, elaborated on how to improve growth of your products globally in the workshop, “Scaling a product into 100 countries”.

Nikhil Kumar, Fellow and Head of Developer Ecosystem India Stack, iSpirt, took to the stage to talk to the audience on “Building Products and Platforms for India”. He kept the audience glued throughout his BHIM Case study.

There were talks by Arvind Parthiban, CEO and Co-founder, Zarget, Manu Lavanya, Managing Director, Brillio, Lalitha Ramani, Director of Product Management, Intuit, Amit Dayal, SVP of Engineering and Products, Samsung and Vipul Mishra, CEO and Co-founder, Zarget, before the audience broke for lunch.

The participants were not only treated to a sumptuous meal but also had the opportunity to network with peers and leaders in the product management space.

An all women’s panel took to the stage to discuss how to build breakthrough products.

Subashree Krishnan, Sr. Manager, Product Management | Customer Outcomes - Cisco Services, Cisco, Irina Ghose, Country Lead, Microsoft, Dr. Sujitha Karnad, Founder & CEO, Sekai Solutions Pvt Ltd., Lalitha Ramani, Director, Product Management, Intuit, and Pallavi Srinivasa, Director Product Management, Cisco Systems, were the panelists who contributed to building products that will be a breakthrough in the market.

The closing conclave had Ravi Gururaj, Founder and CEO, Qikpod in conversation with Anurag Jain, VP - Global Products, OLX Group and Shradha Sharma, Founder, CEO, YourStory.

It was a wrap to an eventful day full off knowledgeable takeaways and fruitful experiences.
