As an IPL Alumnus (IPLite), you are a member of the Institute’s global alumni network with more than 3000 senior executives from top global companies as members.

The Ambassador Program at the Institute (API) is a unique set of volunteer alumni, who envision to create high impact in the product and technology community.

API members lead in four key areas to create growth opportunities for themselves and other community members.

Jobs matter! As a part of this crucial team, you will help nurture the budding product talent and create product talent for the industry. As highly successful leaders in your domain, this is the time to give back to your alma mater and the product community by helping create and CONNECT talent to possible areas where they can shine. Examples include designing productathons, hackathons and working with hiring managers in the industry.

Community Management

Be The Brand Ambassador for IPL! As part of this team, you will act as IPL evangelists on various online & offline community platforms including Linkedin, Quora, Facebook and Twitter. Contributing thought leadership content and helping nurture the IPL brand will be the focus on this team. Needless to say being a thought leader and having a high social impact are a reflection of true leadership skills.
Examples include designing productathons, hackathons and working with hiring managers in the industry.

IPL Speakers Initiative:

Give back to the community as a public speaker! If you are a public speaker or want to be one, sign up for the IPL Speakers Initiative. Register your expertise and interest areas for speaking and we will contact you as and when speaking opportunities open up! Additionally, we are offering exclusive coaching sessions for API members at our Koramangala campus. If you need help in shaping your keynotes/speeches, we have expert Toastmasters to help!

Corporate Engagement

Coaching and Mentoring

You are the one who wears the hat! As a coach and mentor, you will be responsible for helping out and nurturing the current students to be their best. Coaching and mentoring would require this team to deep dive into each individual’s areas of improvement. Coaching will also involve mentoring product labs teams and helping them become awesome product leaders.

Community Management

As part of this team, you are IPL evangelists on various online & offline community platforms including Linkedin, Quora, Facebook and Twitter. You will contribute thought leadership content, be a speaker at various IPL events and help nurture your brand as well as that of IPL . Needless to say, being a thought leader and having a high social impact are a reflection of true leadership skills.

Career Management

You are the one who wears the hat! You will be part of admissions panels, conduct interviews. As a coach and mentor, you will be responsible for nurturing the current students in various skills, careers to be their best and helping them become awesome product leaders.

Coaching and Mentoring

Careers matter! As a part of this crucial team, you will help nurture the budding product talent and create product talent for the industry. As highly successful leaders in your domain, give back to your alma mater and the product community by hiring from the institute’s talent pool and connecting with other hiring managers.

Corporate Engagement

As a part of this team, you will be responsible for connecting IPL to your company or any corporate you have enough influence over. The idea is to engage with IPL over a ‘Lunch and Learn’ session.
