Q: How did IPL help you with this effort?
When I met Prof. Pinkesh for the first time at Park Plaza, I asked him “I want to become an entrepreneur, will the IPL EMBA program help me?”. He nodded with a smile, as usual. To be honest, the EMBA curriculum like idea evaluation, design thinking, UX, pricing, valuation, product lab and "excellent" faculty members made me realize that entrepreneurship is not just an interest, it's a mix of interests and right set of skills and people. IPL gave me the right set of people and skills to fuel my entrepreneurial interest.
After I decided to continue my entrepreneurial journey with my idea incubated at the product lab, I had doubts whether I could work on it as part time or quit my job and pursue it full time. This was when my mentor came in to help me take the right decisions in a timely manner. I was a first time entrepreneur and thus had many unknown variables to solve and many challenges to face even before going live in the market. From day one, Prof. Nandini Vaidyanathan had been mentoring us to face those challenges and eventually come out of it successfully. Big thanks to my mentor Prof. Nandini Vaidyanathan.
As an IPLite, I like IPL because of its excellent faculty, Curriculum and Product Labs and the diversified network.
